Return & Exchange Policy
At Ethernalâ„¢, we love our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. We understand the challenges of shopping online, and we aim to provide top-notch service so you can shop with confidence.
Returns and Exchanges
Ethernalâ„¢ will accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions:
The item shows no visible signs of damage or wear.
All original packaging is intact and included.
Please note: Each order is eligible for only one return/exchange per customer.
Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect sizing, we will cover the return shipping cost.
However, if the return or exchange is due to reasons not caused by Ethernal™—such as changing your mind or ordering by mistake—then the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Personalized Products
All personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us at hello@myethernal.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be honored. Email hello@myethernal.com with:
